Privacy Policy – Brisbane Town Planner GPT

This Privacy Policy describes how the Brisbane Town Planner GPT (“the GPT”) and its supporting API handle information.

What We Collect
• Address queries: When you ask about a property, the GPT sends the address to our API (brisbane-zoning-map-33-apineda11.replit.app) to retrieve zoning data.
• Technical logs: We record basic server logs (timestamp, request path, success/failure). No marketing tracking or analytics.

What We Don’t Collect
• No account details, payment data, or personal identifiers.
• No long-term storage of addresses beyond short-term operational logs used for reliability and abuse prevention.

Use of Data
Data is used solely to return zoning information and maintain service reliability.

Sharing
We do not sell or share data with third parties. The API queries Brisbane City Council’s public City Plan endpoints only.

Security & Retention
Minimal logs are retained briefly for maintenance and then automatically rotated.
