3. DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS
We use trusted couriers to deliver physical goods. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details, including phone number and address.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and must be paid in full. Sunshine Resin is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.
In the event of overdue accounts referred to a collection agency or law firm, you will be liable for all associated costs.

All trademarks are owned by Sunshine Resin. Any use of our trademarks, logos, or branding requires prior written approval from Sunshine Resin. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Fees: All fees must be paid as specified in your Order Form. Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered or orders dispatched.
• Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to update fees at any time with prior notification.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, purchase order, or other accepted methods. Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
• Overdue Charges: Late payments will incur a 10% monthly fee on the outstanding balance.
• Suspension of Service: If payments remain overdue for more than 30 days, services may be suspended with prior notice.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging with Sunshine Resin. By using our website, engaging with our services, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as any other policies referenced herein.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
• “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Sunshine Resin.
• “You” and “Your” refer to users of the site, clients, visitors, merchants, and contributors of content.
These Terms also apply to orders made via telephone and email with our customer service team.
1. Definitions
• Business Days: Any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or an Australian public holiday.
• Confidential Information: Any proprietary information of Sunshine Resin, excluding information in the public domain or independently developed.
• Defects Liability Period: A 12-month period beginning on the Acceptance Date.
• Goods: Items supplied as described in the Purchase Order, including installation materials.
• Installation Works: All work necessary to install and commission the Goods.
• Purchase Order: The document detailing the agreed work.
• Works: The supply of Goods and Installation Works.
2. Supply and Installation
Sunshine Resin agrees to:
• Complete the Works with due skill and care.
• Meet all applicable laws, guidelines, and agreed timelines.
• Notify you of completion and allow inspection.
• Address any written concerns within 48 hours of installation.
3. Ownership and Risk
• Ownership transfers upon delivery; risk transfers once completion is confirmed.
4. Payment Terms
• 20% Deposit: Required to initiate sample production and confirm colors.
• 60% Deposit: Required to secure booking and start date.
• Final 20% Payment: Before project completition.
• Payments must be made on time to avoid delays. Late payments incur a 10% monthly fee.
5. Warranty
• Goods are covered by a 6-year warranty for structural durability.
• Natural wear, misuse, or external damage (e.g., weather) are not covered.
6. Defects and Rectification
• Any defects must be reported within 48 hours, along with photographs.
• Sunshine Resin will assess and address valid claims at no additional cost during the Defects Liability Period.
7. Intellectual Property
Sunshine Resin retains ownership of all intellectual property and grants a non-exclusive license for use of the delivered works.
8. Site Conditions and Access
• The client must inform Sunshine Resin of any underground services or access restrictions.
• Sunshine Resin is not liable for damage caused by unreported services or unsuitable site conditions.
9. Liability
• Sunshine Resin is not responsible for:
• Damage from third-party interference, extreme weather, or improper use.
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control.

General Information and Warranty
Sunshine Resin offers up to 10 years of warranty depending on proper installation, maintenance, and use of our products.
Epoxy Curing Times
• Foot traffic: 24–48 hours after completion.
• Light furniture/equipment: 3 days after completion.
• Vehicle traffic: 7 days after completion.
During the first seven days:
• Avoid all water, liquids, or chemicals to allow the floor to develop full resistance.
• Protect the surface from heat, sparks, and other extreme conditions.
Ongoing Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and aesthetics of your epoxy flooring.
Good Practices:
• Regular sweeping and mopping.
• Clean spills promptly to prevent stains.
• Use a pH-neutral cleaner with a microfiber mop or soft broom.
• Lift furniture instead of dragging it to avoid scratching.
Avoid:
• Vacuum cleaners without a soft brush attachment.
• Steam cleaning or boiling water (use water below 60°C).
• Footwear with metal tips or nails.
Anti-Slip/Textured Floors
Good Practices:
• Sweep or hose down regularly to remove debris.
• Use a stiff broom for textured surfaces.
• Address spills immediately to avoid reduced traction.
Avoid:
• Using steam cleaners or boiling water.
• Dragging furniture or heavy items across the floor.
• Aggressive vehicle actions like spinning wheels or burnouts.
What is Not Covered Under Warranty
• Floors not prepared or installed by Sunshine Resin or its authorised installers.
• Damage caused by moisture issues, subfloor defects, or lack of vapor barriers.
• Physical abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
• Issues caused by natural factors (e.g., ground shifts, substrate cracks, extreme temperatures, flooding).
• Damage due to exposure to acids, solvents, brake fluid, or harsh chemicals.
• Aesthetic issues such as dust specks, air bubbles, minor roller lines, or color variations.
Note: Changes in gloss or surface wear from general use, sunlight exposure, or UV lights are not covered.
In the Event of a Claim
Defects must be reported in writing within 30 days of discovery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. Sunshine Resin reserves the right to inspect the defect and determine whether to repair or replace the affected area.
• Replacement or repair does not extend the original warranty period.
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Cleaning and Maintenance
To maintain the appearance and durability of your epoxy floor:
1. Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove debris. Use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment.
2. Mop or clean with a microfiber mop and pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid abrasive or corrosive cleaning products.
3. Address spills and stains immediately to prevent long-term damage.
For High-Gloss Surfaces
• Clean regularly to avoid scratching or scuffing.
• Use felt pads under furniture.
• Avoid dragging heavy items or using abrasive cleaning tools.
Avoid
The warranty from Sunshine Resin will be voided in the event of any of the following improper practices:
1. Impact from Heavy or Sharp Objects: While epoxy is resilient, if a very sharp or heavy object is dropped with enough force, it can chip the epoxy. If the substrate underneath is exposed or cracked from the impact, moisture and dirt can get in, which might lead to peeling over time.
2. Using Harsh Chemicals: Strong acids, solvents, or harsh cleaners can degrade epoxy if used repeatedly or in high concentrations. This can weaken the bond, especially if the surface is not properly cleaned afterward, leading to peeling or delamination.
3. Temperature Extremes: Epoxy floors are generally heat-resistant, but very high temperatures, such as those from welding equipment, can soften the epoxy. Conversely, exposure to freezing conditions, particularly during installation or curing, can compromise adhesion.
4. Water Pooling or Prolonged Moisture Exposure: While epoxy is water-resistant, constant exposure to standing water, especially if there’s already a small crack or imperfection, can weaken the bond over time, leading to peeling.
5. Improper Cleaning Techniques: Using abrasive brushes or pads during cleaning can scratch the epoxy surface. Over time, if these scratches expose the layers below, it could eventually lead to peeling.

Eligibility:

How to Enter:
